Refund Policy
After orders are placed and deposit paid, the deposit becomes non-refundable once materials are purchased. Once products are made, change of mind or changes to wording are at an additional cost. Faulty goods will be replaced or a refund paid if claims are made within seven (7) days of receiving orders.
Postage
Postage and Handling charges will be advised after orders are placed. Orders are shipped through Australia Post or via Courier which ever is the cheapest method, unless you request an alternate method.
MandaLiz will not be held responsible for orders that go missing or get damaged in transit. You can have your orders registered for an additional cost.
